Ways of coping with stress

  • Take time for yourself!
  • Don’t be afraid to say “NO” and set boundaries
  • Pay attention to your needs
  • Acknowledge your limitations

  • Accept imperfection in yourself and others
  • Engage in physical activity
  • Eat healthy
  • Put priorities in order
