Natalie Chandler | Life is difficult and it is a journey full of experiences to learn from. Everyone struggles at different parts of the journey. We are not here to “fix” everyone but to help them learn how to manage their life and relationships in a more positive, effective way. So much of that lies in understanding yourself and what makes you do what you do. Once you identify those challenges, it is easier to make changes. Counseling is a place to be able to be yourself and look at parts of you that are difficult to face with someone who is non-judgmental and objective. Although it can be painful, in the end it will make your journey well worthwhile.

| Teri Claassen | I believe that therapy is an amazing journey that can provide you with a life you never thought possible. Jennifer Rothschild said it best when she stated: “In the adversity we dread facing, we discover life of which we've only dreamed.” The issues people come to therapy for are not things we typically want to dissect and re-live, but doing so can give us incredible outcomes. I believe self-awareness is the key to making this happen.

| Joleen Watson | I believe that through working in counseling, an individual is making an investment that lasts an entire lifetime. So often, we go through life feeling unhappy about certain things, but have no idea how to change them because they have become so much a part of who we are. I am committed to assisting individuals in developing greater understanding, insight, and awareness of their personal issues, and helping them develop the tools and skills that are necessary to make healthy and empowering changes. I believe that through counseling, individuals can see a positive impact on all aspects of their lives and relationships.

| Elizabeth White | Most of us would never think of buying a beautiful, brand new dream car and driving it for ten years, 100,000 miles, without a tune-up, oil change, or tire rotation. Most of us would laugh at a person who thought that driving through the local car wash to clean and beautify only the outside of the car would keep the car running in the most optimal way. We would completely understand if that car started to break down, malfunction, and eventually quit. Think of life as that car. We cannot just run around “living” and keeping everything beautiful on the outside without some inside maintenance. My counseling philosophy is that every one needs a tune-up on the inside. My job is to help you tune-up your life in the area that is causing you a problem. There will be times when there may be a complete crisis and there may be times when there is just a little something that needs a little tweak. I will help you through either one of these situations. I will support you through the process, and the process will be worthwhile. | | View Entire Profile |
| Tamara Wilhelm | I believe within each of us lies an inner strength. Sometimes because of childhood events, current life situations or self-doubt, we lose sight that this inner strength exists within us. I believe each person can learn to re-discover their inner abilities and talents with the help of God, family and friends. This strength is what helps us face any battles that come our way, whether it be at the workplace, school, or in personal relationships. Counseling can be a safe place to start this process and get some extra support and guidance.

Imagine Hope Counseling Philosophy
At Imagine Hope, we believe in the philosophy of relationship mentoring. This process consists of helping our clients as individuals or as couples with their inter or intra personal relationships.
How are we different?
We feel our approach is better aimed at helping clients address and resolve the root cause of their issues.
Many counseling services usually only offer one or two different approaches to their clients.
- We at IHCG use an eclectic approach. We don't use cookie cutter therapy.
- We provide the type of counseling that is appropriate for your specific needs.
- We use a variety of techniques and methods to assist you with whatever life is tossing your way.
- We also believe in a mentoring type relationship with our clients.
- We practice what we preach and don't pretend to be on a pedestal.
- We each work on our own recovery daily.
- We don't pretend to have all the answers but will work with you to help you find your answers.
What does it cost?
All of our therapists bill on a per hour basis and have flexible appointment hours.
How do I set up an appointment?
